Grief and Bereavement affects everyone differently and may disrupt our physical and emotional well-being incl. loss of sleep and appetite, our identities, feelings of isolation, loneliness, depression and anxiety.
By providing a confidential and non-judgemental space to explore these difficulties, encourages a re-adjustment to life-changing events. Sessions provide a space where we can explore the impact of your loss and grief which will enable opportunities for finding meaning again during this difficult time.
